We had a terrific time with my dad when he came for Thanksgiving, '05. It took Madeline about a day to warm up to him again, but after that, they were great great buddies.
We enjoyed a tasty dinner, including Jay's annual cornbread stuffing. We caught Dad talking on the phone to his then bride-to-be, Amanda, wishing her a happy Thanksgiving and sending her his love.
